  Qatar 2022 Playoffs: FIFA Set To Use Non-African Match Officials   Sampson Adedeji   Barely a month to the kick-off of the Qatar 2022 African Playoffs rounds, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) is working round the clock to ensure a level playing ground for the teams, BSN sports.com.ng can report.   Ten teams: Nigeria, Ghana, Algeria, Cameroon, Senegal, Egypt, Tunisia, Mali, Morocco and DR Congo will compete for 5 available slots.   African soccer governing body has concluded plans to appoint non-Africa referees to charge of the games.   The official meeting concerning the decision has taken place and an official confirmation will be made known in no distant future.   The matches are slated to take place on a home and away basis with the winner over the two legs going through to the competition proper in Qatar in November, 2022.
